Embryo Mail is a moderated discussion group devoted to all scientific aspects of mammalian embryology. The membership consists of scientists and practitioners interested in issues related to embryology of human, laboratory and livestock species. Topics of discussions range from the basic to the applied. Participants receive four to ten messages a week. Each e-mail message may contain correspondence from members on several topics. Please note, no commercial advertising is allowed. Neither e-mail addresses contained in EmbryoMail News messages nor e-mail addresses listed at our web site may be used for any commercial purpose.

    2. No commercial advertising or solicitations are allowed.
    3. Neither e-mail addresses contained in EmbryoMail messages nor e-mail addresses listed at the EmbryoMail website may be used for any commercial purpose.
    4. All messages submitted to EmbryoMail will be posted unless the Moderator deems them to be inappropriate, inflammatory, offensive, promotional or not relevant to reproductive medicine and biology.
    5. Any message that is not intended to be distributed to all subscribers and that is intended to remain confidential should be sent directly to the Moderator via email and should not be submitted to EmbryoMail.
    6. Subscribers agree:
      1. Not to include any personally identifiable patient information in the subscriber's submissions to EmbryoMail.
      2. Not to include any disparaging remarks about the performance, quality or ethical standards and practices of others in their submissions to EmbryoMail.
      3. Not to include any inaccurate or false information in their submissions to EmbryoMail.
      4. Not to include any trade secrets in their submissions to EmbryoMail.
      5. Not to include any proprietary information in their submissions to EmbryoMail
      6. Not to include any information that violates any laws, including but not limited to, securities or anti-trust laws in their submissions to EmbryoMail.
      7. Not to include any copyrighted material in their submissions to EmbryoMail.
      8. That the moderator may remove any and all information he or she finds to be potentially offensive or otherwise in violation of the EmbryoMail policies from the submission before posting it to the discussion group and if the potentially offensive or information otherwise in violation of EmbryoMail policies cannot be removed from the submission without undermining the substance of the submission, the moderator may opt not to post such submission.
      9. To defend, indemnify and hold American Society for Reproductive Medicine harmless from any resulting liability in the event that the subscriber does include such problematic content
